Cancellation, Reschedule and “No Show” Policy
A credit card is required for clients scheduling all Hair Extension, Hair Replacement services and Hair and Scalp Analysis Consultation. Due to the exclusiveness of these appointments, clients are required to cancel or reschedule 72 hours prior to their scheduled time. Failure to cancel within 48 hours will result in your credit card being charged for the full service. Additionally, failure to show up for regular hair services will result in a prepayment of future appointments until restitution has been made for the missed appointment.
For your convenience, our retail counter is equipped with the same high-quality professional products used for our services. These products make great personalized gift baskets. Feel free to browse!

Hair Care Product Return/Exchange Policy
Our 100% guarantee allows clients to return any hair care product within 10 days of purchase date.
Wellness Product Return/Exchange Policy
If a product is open, a credit can be given for the amount of the purchased product if it is returned with 10 days of purchase; this credit can be used to purchase any other wellness products currently in stock. If a product has not been opened and is returned within 10 days of purchase, an exchange or refund is an option.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your service. This will allow you time to unwind and prepare for your service. All clients are kindly asked to check in at the front desk and have a seat in the waiting area. New clients are asked to complete a client profile summary form prior to their salon appointment that will be emailed to them. To assure that our staff stays on schedule and provide the utmost service for our clients, it is imperative for clients to arrive on time. We cannot guarantee services to clients who arrive 15 minutes or more later than their scheduled appointment time, we may have to render partial service or reschedule your appointment.
Things to avoid when receiving chemical services or hair recovery treatments
- You should avoid the consumption of caffeinated or alcoholic beverages prior to any chemical treatment.
- Please inform staff if you are currently taking antibiotics, especially if you took them with any citrus juices, orange, cranberry, grapefruit, lemon, etc….
- Do not exercise, to include running, swimming, yoga, etc…before or after any chemical service or hair loss treatment for at least 48 hours.
- Please do not shampoo, wet hair or scratch scalp 48 hours prior to any chemical or hair loss treatments.
- Please inform staff if you have recently had any chemotherapy drugs of any kind.
- It is imperative that you inform our staff if you are pregnant, have excessive high blood pressure, epilepsy, asthma, HIV or any infectious disease before scheduling an appointment.
We ask clients to keep up with their personal items during their visit. We are not responsible for lost articles.
Gift Cards are available and are perfect for anyone, on any occasion! Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Our Gift Cards expire exactly one year from date of purchase. Gift Cards must be presented at the time of your appointment for payment. They can be purchased for any amount.
We love the kiddos… However, to respect the comfort of all guests, children are not allowed unless receiving services.
Right of Refusal
The Hair Wellness Group reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in the termination of the service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct or language.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The Hair Wellness Group uses only 100% human hair and as with all natural products, variances may occur. The Hair Wellness Group is not responsible for any naturally occurring variances in the human hair product.
